Moses came to Israel and they did not listen to them because of their broken hearts and cruel bondage
Jesus came to twoo men walking along the road to Emmaus and they did not recognise Him.
We are also likely to be so busy with the worries and cares of the world that we miss what God is doing in our lives today.

God lets Moses know that the consequences of his murder have passed
and that it is now time to return to Egypt

Why is it fair at all, if God made Pharaoh unable to let Israel go?
As Moses obeys God, God's plan is being done,
in spite of stubborn and rebellious people.
Pharaoh's heart is 'hardened'; not manipulated or forced.
Pharaoh's heart just becomes stuck where it is.
