Fasting is about finding rest as we draw near to God and shed distractions.

The Call to Discipleship

When John says: "Brood of vipers, who warned you..."  What would you say to John to let him know that he had gotten it wrong? That you were a fruitful follower of Jesus who is growing and making ready?

What about your life, Christian, reflects being baptised with the Holy Spirit and fire?

Jesus came to baptise with... fire!  Bringing peace may not merely be seeking the absence of a conflict.
