We can clearly see that scripture teaches that some ailments are spiritual in nature. There are other instances of illness in Luke's gospel which are NOT attributed to "spirits"

Luke is identified as a physician in Colossians 4:14. Do not write-off these biblical writers as superstitious.

We are to learn from their specific turns of phrase and causal connections.
Luke tells us that this woman's illness was caused by "a disabling spirit"

Could it be that someone slogs off to the doctor's office in search of relief,
from something that only God will heal, in answer to prayer?

Two things: 1. The Sabbath is a loosening of the bond.  2. Standing for the truth and heart of God is a winning proposition

By healing the disabled woman, Jesus was FULFILLING rh Sabbath, not breaking it.
