Mark's Gospel tells us something critically important about faith in the witness of others to the resurrection

Have you settled it in your mind that Jesus Christ rose from the dead?
It is a historic position of the Christian Church since the crucifixion of Christ until now.

This is not about some future balance of the cosmic forces.
There is a future where there is no enemy; where there is no death!

You know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.

Palm Sunday begins a week of scrutiny for all the Passover Sacrifices.
This is particularly significant for the "Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world".

"Behold, your king is coming to you;
He is just and endowed with salvation,
Humble, and mounted on a donkey"
With their own cloaks and palm branches,
the people 'roll-out the red carpet' for the coming king.

"Hosanna"
Why this greeting? on this day??? 6 April 32 AD?

"I tell you, if these were silent, the very stones would cry out."
"God chooses the foolish things to confound the wise."

On Palm Sunday, Jesus demonstrated a commitment to prayer and healing, over the 'religious mechanisms' of buying and selling that helped make Temple worship happen.

A warning: to turn away from religious people who deny the power of God.
