1 Corinthians 9 What is an Apostle? Part 2

In the beginning of CHapter 9 Paul declares his 'apostle-ship'.  What exactly IS an apostle and is there difference between capital 'A' and lower-case 'a' when we read this word.  This sermon makes the case that we are all 'sent-out' into the world.
